What is a Digipak?

A Digipak is a specially made style of packaging. A plastic tray that holds the CD or DVD known as a "flexi-tray", this is glued to a preprinted and finished board.
They can be designed to meet different requirements and hold any number of discs, with the most common type of Digipak being a four printed pagemversion holding a single disc.
When products consist of multiple discs a slip case is often used to complete the whole "look" of the finished item.
Digipaks are used in a wide variety in the retail market, particularly for limited edition gift sets, such as long running television series.
